Vendor Responsibility Certificate

NYS regulations require all SEFA-certified agencies to submit a "current' Vendor Responsibility (VendRep) Certificate with each new application and recertification. "Current" is defined as dated within the previous six (6) months of a SEFA application.

Example: SEFA application is submitted on January 2, 2027 and the oldest your eligible VendRep Certificate can be dated is July 2, 2026.

Important Information:

• The Vendor Responsibility (VendRep) Certificate is completely administered and managed through New York's Office of the State Comptroller.

• If you are creating a new account in the VendRep system, it can take up to 48 hours to process your request.
