NYS regulations require all SEFA-certified Agencies to remain “current” with their Vendor Responsibility certification through the VendRep System.
Important Information:
- Your online questionnaire is considered “current” if it has been certified within six months.
- It is the agency’s responsibility to keep your questionnaire current and to report any material changes that have occurred since your last certification of the questionnaire.
