I am a lifelong resident of New York State living primarily in Ozone Park, Queens, Stony Brook, Long Island and my current location of Wallkill, in the mid Hudson Valley. I graduated from SUNY Cortland with a BS degree in Geology.
My Affiliation with SEFA began about 1990 as an employee giver while working as a Geologist for the Dept. of Environmental Conservation. I later became a campaign helper and finally a manager and local committee member in 2003. I was nominated by my local committee and FCCM to a Statewide SEFA Council seat in early 2013 and then welcomed by the Council officers in about March of that year.
I am currently retired from a 30 year career with the DEC. I accepted the nomination for Council Vice Chair based upon my rapport with the then nominated and now ratified Council Chair Tom Wickerham and my anticipated ability as a retired person to put the appropriate amount of time and effort into the business of the Council.
