Mission and Vision Statements

SEFA Council Mission

The Statewide SEFA Council oversees the application and recertification of all participating charities to ensure they meet all SEFA regulations and develops policies, procedures and technology so that State Employees can make payroll contributions with complete assurance and ease.   

Vision

To assess the possibilities for future giving, roadblocks to payroll deduction giving and increase the ability of the State Employee to contribute the highest percentage of their dollar directly to the participating charities. To increase the accountability of applicant and recertifying charities to ensure they meet all State SEFA Regulations.
